So my amazing friend,
is getting me some awesome screen captures of my Shep and I thought, these need to be seen. So I am making mini dossiers out of them for each character 
I, personally, think I did pretty stinkin awesome. The stock images were taken from google. If they belong to you please let me know so I can give credit where it's due.

Information was taken from the Shadow Broker's ship: Ex-Alliance soldier. Biotic training. Despite solid service history, clearly placed on Shepard's team primarily for stabilizing elements of personality.

Good ol Jacob. As I understood the Shadowbrocker file, it mention that Jacob was placed with Shep because of his personality traits, which will let commander to settle down and faster adapt to working with cerberus people. His\her former enemies. Miranda is irritating with her skepticism and closed up personality, Jacob is only friendly face Shep sees in the beginning. In shorter words Jacob is good soldier but his personality was what get him on board Normandy.^^
